Mr Lim Siong Guan has enjoyed an illustrious career in the public sector. Before rising to the Head of the Civil Service, he was the Principal Private Secretary to Founding Prime Minister Mr Lee Kuan Yew. He is now the Founder Chairman of Honour (Singapore), a charity that seeks to promote the culture of honour and honouring for the wellbeing of Singapore, and a Professor at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
